Kids Organic Art Supplies – Top Review for Wee Can Too
Kids Organic Art Supplies – Day Care Centre Operators, school teachers and parents need not to worry anymore about children getting sick from eating toxic finger paint and save money on art supply expenses by using products that are long lasting.
“Wee Can Too” is a children’s art supply shop that was founded by mothers were concerned about their children’s health and the environment.
Organic Finger Paints
The Children’s 5-Pack Edible Organic Finger Paints are made with mostly certified *organic ingredients such as:
*Brown Rice Flour, *Rice Cereal (brown rice, rice bran extract, vitamin E, alpha-amylase (enzyme), electrolytic iron), *Blueberry Powder, *Psyllium Husk, *Beet Powder, *Turmeric Powder, *Spinach Powder, *Spirulina Powder and Pumpkin Powder.
Note the (*) indicates certified organic.
•They are safe and if they are eaten these paints have a pleasant taste and are healthy.
My mum never let me put finger paints in my mouth as she kept an eye on me while I was playing. But not all mothers have this opportunity, since they have to go to work away from home; and they can be re-assured that their child won’t get sick from using non-toxic finger paint ingredients if their children do experiment with these paints and eat them as food!
There are 5 vibrant colors available: Yellow, Orange, Pink, Green and Purple. I tried the orange, green and pink colours. You only need a 1/4 teaspoon mixed with a little bit of water as these paints go a very long way. I tested them on recycled A4 paper and was impressed with how little powder I needed to make the paint. Washing out the paint colours from my mixing bowl I used was a breeze.
The photo on the right is my drawing. The tree on the right is lighter in green as I used a little bit of paint to test out the colours. As you can see by the colours in my bowl, you can get darker colours by making the paint thicker using less filtered water.
The ingredients are entirely edible. The paints come as powders to be mixed with distilled water (if available) or filtered water. Distilled water is pure water. It contains no chemicals and heavy metals. If you don’t have a water distiller, using filtered water is the next best option to mixing these organic powders to make paint.
I also tested the Wee Can Too Edible Crayons. These edible crayons are shaped like little cakes and leave no stains on tables or skin, yippee! I was very impressed by the quality of these crayons. I tested the crayons on three separate A4 recycled printing sheets. They glided very nicely on my paper. I also used my fingers to smudge and blend the colours together. The crayons don’t crumble and I’ve used only a small amount of the crayon for the amount of colouring I did.
The SideWalk Chalk is nice and thick and it also has a blend of colours mixed in together, which reminds me of a rainbow style. Only one SideWalk Chalk is needed to draw on chalk boards to produce a couple of different colours. For parents who don’t own a chalk board and are happy for their children to draw on their own cement driveways or under the family patio/carport, they will have alot of fun. You might even join them for a game of ”hop scotch”.
Please note that I don’t have a close up feature on my camera lens, so I couldn’t show the exact detail of the colours produced. If you buy the chalk, you will be able to get a personal view for yourself.
Easy To Wash Off!
The crayons, finger paints and sidewalk colours came off my hands from one single hand wash with using my . Brilliant! Children don’t have much patience for washing their hands, so being able to get the colours off quickly is fantastic. You couldn’t even tell that I even had any art colour marks on my fingers. Mothers will surely love this!

…Art $34.39 Although their first two albums of playful love-them-or-hate-them genre fusions found fans among the alternative audience in Australia, Regurgitator’s third album, …Art, was less popular upon release. As the album cover declared, “actual product may not match expectations.” Confounding the expectations of the fans, however, doesn’t stop it being one of their best albums. …Art was, appropriately enough, an artistic breakthrough that took the musical vehicle Regurgitator had clumsily welded together from discarded scraps of funk, metal, hip-hop, and ’80s synth pop and jammed it into high gear. They continued with the crazed experimentalism that delights as many listeners as it frustrates in songs like “Happiness,” which is best described as dance-rock with string stings. Then there’s “Strange Human Being,” a funk number that stops for a scratch break halfway through, then rises from the grave as a sped-up and fuzzed-out rock version of itself before dissolving into static that still manages to keep the beat. The obligatory song about their fascination with their own fame and its downsides is observed in the synth pop “Freshmint!,” which is exceeded for perfection in its reminiscence of the decade before only by the handclaps and drum machine of “Lonely Guy.” Quan Yeomans puts on his English accent for a spot-on rap sendup of bad DJs called “I Like Repetitive Music.” “Ghost” represents the beginning of the trend to write songs about monsters that would blight some of their later releases, as if they were looking for inspiration by leafing through a Dungeons & Dragons rulebook, although it’s made worthy by Beatlesque backwards guitar here. The perfect, breathless, bam-bam-bam punk in “I Wanna Be a Nudist” contrasts with old-school squelchy hip-hop beats in “Feels Alright!” They even find time to realize the kitschy fabulousness of the theme song to the British comedy Are You Being Served? with a remix, beating DJ Food and D.K. to the punch by years. “Virtual Life” is another of their beautiful epics with depressing lyrics, showing that “Just Another Beautiful Story” wasn’t a one-off. Although …Art marks the moment the backlash began, just as they’d predicted in “I Like Your Old Stuff Better Than Your New Stuff,” the years have been kind to it.
